In 2023, Praktisk PropTech hosted the Dugnaden, a collaborative workshop focused on air quality, at the Norsk Maritimt Museum in Oslo, Norway. This event brought together prominent companies from across Norway to discuss and educate each other about sustainable technology in the real estate sector.
The goal? To accelerate the adoption of property technology and enhance building operations. Their mission was to leverage technology and collective expertise to revitalize a building from 1958 while preserving its historical charm. By reusing as much of the existing technical infrastructure as possible, the goal aimed to modernize the building to meet today's standards and sustainability requirements.
